Its not drastically going to help, however, just getting used to it that's all.....plain curious :)

i hope you are not thinking that using the same font will give u better understanding of gmat and help score better(lol).
dude, just concentrate on studies and not font.

All The Best.

I personally didn't see a need to judge the OP's question. I reckoned they might already be studying twice as hard as I did. Maybe OP is knowledgeable about the difference between how the human eye tracks serif vs. sans-serif fonts while reading, and maybe they're taking their RC skills to a new place that I can't even comprehend. Or maybe they're just curious and if I'm going to both to reply, I obviously don't have much better to do with my time either! :)

Anyway, the font looks closer to an aliased version of Verdana imo; it doesn't look like Arial. Definitely a jaggy, harder-to-read sans.

Like I mentioned, curious. period. There is no harm getting used to things, I find it more comfortable.

Thanks timetrader! +1

Can anyone tell me what is the font used in text in GMATClub forums. Seems like it is different while typing the text than when text is posted.

I like that font. :)

What font does GMAT, GMATPrep use? I'll like to start using the same for some time :), though i'm not a big fan of that font.

I prefer Arial / Tahoma

From GMAC official statement:-

Font Name - Tahoma
Font Size - 12

Cheers !

Thanks. This is a good help.

When I first sit for the GMAT, I felt the font is very big to me...Perhaps the screen is too close to me and the position cannot be easily adjusted. During the daily practice, besides the GMAT Prep, I have switched to the font required to get myself accustomed to it.

Sometimes all details matter.

Please allow me to first thank for the valuable inputs from all the GMAT genius whose performance is perfectly steel-plated from any change in font and size. Good for you guys!

Secondly, I don't care if the font is Tahoma, Arial, Courier New or any other. I can work with any! Just want it to be the same on the mocks and on the test day, if it isn't begging for too much. While I'm neither superstitious, nor the kind of guy who chooses always an even number on the TV's volume for good luck, I do feel uncomfortable to have a different layout on the test day from the one I've been practicing, specially when the size of the font IS TOO SMALL for my eyes (good opportunity to check on my doctor).

Lastly, I just want to kindly ask you guys if (i) is the font of the online platform the same from the one in the test center and (ii) can we adjust the size of the font on the test center because that indeed had a negative impact on the RC of my last doomsday attempt.

Thanks a lot!
