We reduce it t to two linear equation:

0.2x+0.8y =48
x+y = 120
solving both will get us x=80 and 0.8x = 64

The answer can be solved easily in tabular structure with rows injured not injured and other rows as junior and not junior.
Let total injured be x
Total not injured=120-x
Total juniors= .40*120=48
Juniors injured=.20*x
Juniors not injured=.80(120-x)
Not juniors but injured= total injured-injured juniors
=> x-.20x…………..(1)
Equating total juniors:
.20x+.80(120-x)=48
X=80
So total injured=80
Injured ¬ juniors = substitute in x in eq(1) above
X-.20x
=> 80-.20*80
=>64 ……. (E)
