Hi All,

Can someone please tell me that in order to get 700 in GMAT how many questions should be right out of 41Q in verbal considering all correct in QA or is it depend on the GMAT adaptive test.

Hi All,

Can someone please tell me that in order to get 700 in GMAT how many questions should be right out of 41Q in verbal considering all correct in QA or is it depend on the GMAT adaptive test.

Hi solanki,

The test is adaptive. That means different questions are worth differing amounts--not to mention, that your 700 score includes your Quant section! For that reason I can't really answer your question. There isn't a specific number of questions you need to get.

I am asking this question because currently I am having 50-60% accuracy in verbal.

50-60% accuracy is definitely low for a student aiming for a 700, but again, it's hard to say how low. Some depends on where and at what difficulty you are getting those questions wrong. And again, a lot depends on how strong your Quant score is, to make up for challenges you face with the verbal. Sorry I can't be any more specific. But, if you want to know if you can get a 700, the best thing to do is take practice exams and see how you score.
