For many years the beutiful renaissance buildings in Paltito have been damaged by the exhaust from the many tourist buses that come to the city. There had been little parking space, so most buses have idled at the curb during each stop on their tour, and idling produces as much exhaust as driving. The city has now provided parking that accomodates a third of the tour buses, so damage to the buildings from the buses exhaust will diminish significantly.
Which, if true, provides the most support -
a)The exhaust from paltito's few automobiles is not a significant threat to the buildings
b)The buildings are not threatened by by pollution other than engine exhaust
c)Tour buses typically spend less than one-quarter of the time they are in Paltito transporting passengers from one site to another
d) More tourists come by tour buses than by any other single means of trpt.
e) Some of the buses that are unable to find parking drive around Paltito while their passengers are visiting the site.

IMO It should be C)
If tour buses spend less than of a quarter of the time driving, then they spend more than 3/4 of time idling. With the new parking space provided the problem with idling buses is alleviated, and less damage to the buildings is done.
