does statement answer as well the question . the value of 1*0 Because 2*0=2 so * is addition or subsctraction and for 1-0 or 1+0 will have the same value which is 1?

still 1*0=1 for additon and substraction (1+0=1 or 1-0=1)

Does either + or - or * means it can be two of them or all three?
I think I was trapped by The operation* represents either addition, subtraction, or multiplication of integers. I discounted B because I read as if * can be only operator
