I like B, can someone tell me how E is the right answer and what is the official answer ?.

Thanks !

E is the best.

Compare like things. "Dutch economy " to economies of other countries
There are two errors in B:

1. "than have those of" is incorrect
2. Non-underlined part says "grown" instead of growing, means its not continuing... so we must use "remained"

Multiple countries so plural "economies".
