Hello, while I asked the same topic, as the percentile of GMAT FOCUS has been changed a bit, I want to ask to the experts one more time.
I'm preparing for accounting ph.d admission and most of B-schools I want to apply present the average score of classic GMAT is 740-750. And, they explicitly say that overall score over 90% percentile is common for the current phd students.
My gmat focus score = 695 (quant 95%, verbal 76%, DI 97% = overall 98%),
while my classic gmat score = 720 (quant 86%, verbal 83% = overall 93%)
While my verbal score percentile has dropped a lot, would it be better to report GFE 695?
I'm so sorry to ask this repeated questions, but I'm so worried about this new score system, and I really appreciate any advice or opinion.

Hi Omiza,
Yes, a 695 is better than a 720. However, if you want to be absolutely sure about this, you could also check directly with your target program(s).

Yes, even with the new percentiles, 695 is much better. The concordance table lists 695 as about 740-750. So you are right there.
