I understand from my manhattan instructor that they are seeing more shorter passages on the GMAT compared to the number of longer passages. Can anyone confirm this with their experience on the GMAT?
Also, for those who took the GMAT...did anyone experience one of those terriblem science passages in RC?

I have taken the GMAT numerous times and have never came across a single science passage. I'd like to see some science passage actually. It's the only category in reading comprehension that I am actually good at. I hate anything that has to do with social studies. As for the length of the passage, I think it it about the same length as those GMAT prep ones.

I had 3 short and 1 long RC. That's pretty typical from what I've heard.
As for science, I had one but it was really easy and not very technical. I would classify it as a cross between sci and social sci actually.
