Just FYI from someone who does this testing, and hasn't posted in a long time, since Covid, the testing kits have been digitalized and as such the assessment can be done digitally, from any locations, which makes it more convenient for the test taker and allows from more options. Not everyone is aware of this. Just thought I'd let everyone know. Since I'm on the subject, FYI, one can get accommodations due to certain medical illness, like MS, Diabetes, and others without an evaluation, but with proper medical documentation. While the most common diagnositic category when applying for accommodations is ADHD, and then Reading Disorder, Psychological issues like anxiety, if it's on a clinical level, OCD and others also qualify for accommodations. Happy to answer any question regarding accommodations. Just as the GMAT can now be taken at home (although not with all accommodations), the assessment for accommodations can also be completed virtually, although if further evaluation is necessary to complete the picture as for example a vision focusing exam, to explain slow or inaccurate reading, that has to be referred out.
