OFFICIAL VERITAS SOLUTION: While your attention may be drawn first to the differences at the start of each choice, the easiest decision point is the subject-verb agreement choice between “comes” and “come”. It is the “dynamics…come” not the “dynamics…comes” so you can safely and confidently eliminate (A), (B), and (C). Importantly, you should not waste time considering other differences, some of which don’t matter. In (D) “making Buenos Aires to be one of…” is clearly wrong so you are left with (E). Only (E) uses the proper modifier “making…” after dynamics and the correct verb “come.” Answer is (E). ____________________________________________________________________ Kudos, if you like the answer
