Divisible by 4 and 7
that must be 28
Hence the perimeter must be 28 and the side be 7 (option E)

Perimeter of a square= 4*side

(A) 3 ; Perimeter= 12 (Divisible by 4 not by 7)
(B) 4 ; Perimeter= 16 (Divisible by 4 not by 7)
(C) 5 ; Perimeter= 20 (Divisible by 4 not by 7)
(D) 6 ; Perimeter= 24 (Divisible by 4 not by 7)
(E) 7 ; Perimeter= 28 (Divisible by 4 and 7)

Answer: E.

Perimeter of a square is 4S where S is the side.

So for the perimeter to be divisible by both 4 & 7 we need we need the side to be 7 as we already have 4 sides.

Hence option E

any perimeter of square is divisible by 4 as Perimeter=4s so basically question is asking Side that is divisible by 7
option E best

Perimeter is 4s,for it to be divisible by 4 and 7,s should be 7
