Perimeter of a square is 4S where S is the side.

So for the perimeter to be divisible by both 4 & 7 we need we need the side to be 7 as we already have 4 sides.

Hence option E

any perimeter of square is divisible by 4 as Perimeter=4s so basically question is asking Side that is divisible by 7
option E best
