Welcome and congrats on starting your networking early! This will be a big difference when time comes to looking for a job in Old taking a career to the next level.
I would also highly recommend to you to include some of the second year students or rather about to become second your students into your networking circle. You can learn so much from them. The problem is that they are super busy and very stressed so they may not have a ton of time so be polite and respectful and they will appreciate it.
This will also help with housing situation and getting some house items and all the other annoying things we don’t think about 😇
