Forward-thinking business leaders can now install technologically sophisticated communication systems quickly enough so as not to lose information in a lengthy conversion.

a)
b) that information is not lost
c) so that there is no lost information
d) and thus not lose information
e) and this way there is no information lost

I'd go with "A"

B - missing "so"
C - so that there is (wordy)
D - awkward
E - wordy and awkward

I too think C seems to be best.

"so as not to" seems rather unidiomatic, "so as to not..." would probably be better.

C.

So as to... usually avoid this if possible. Unless be is included and the idiom So X as to be Y makes sense.
