A water bottle and a granola bar or two should be fine.

Try not to start eating something that you don't already eat on a regular basis -- don't want to disturb your inner workings just before the exam.

Drink water - but not excessively to the point that you will end up going to the bathroom often. You might get nervous/anxious before the test - be sure to make a trip to the restroom before the test to enter out your bladder so you can focus on the exam.
