Alright, so I'm taking my GMAT on Thursday, this is probably the one chance I'm going to have to take it, as applications are due in early January. I've taken the last several weeks off from working to prepare, so this is most likely going to be my best effort. I've tested between 690-770 on my practice exams (last 4 have all been in mid 700s), the last 5 I've gotten a 45 on verbal every time (is it possible to get higher??). Quant I'm stressing out over though. I've gotten between 45 and 52 on it; and I know that difference is huge in the eyes of most admission committees. I wish I could just use the 770 on the practice exam
Anyway, it's really starting to hit me that it's coming up in a few days, it just feels like after studying 8 hours per day for the last several weeks that I'm somehow still running short on time. I don't even know what to bring with me to the exam (bananas, fruit?, energy bars? Water? I get ravenous if I don't eat for more than 2 hours, so I have to bring something). So it's all kind of hitting home right now. I'm doing ok, not great, but ok on the practice exams, but that's in the confines of my own home. I've got this test in 4 days and it pretty much determines the rest of my life. I'm usually a great test-taker, but still, there's always that chance.
I'm rambling, basically what did you guys do, or what is recommended to stay calm leading up to the exam?
