w,x,y,z are the dollar amounts

Stmt 1 :

y < z < x

we do know anything about w . So not sufficient

Stmt 2 :

x = 25 % T . other can be equal to 25 % or not. Hence not sufficient

Taking both we know y and z are less than 25 % and hence w > 25%

So i think is C. W is the greatest amount.

I agree on C.

the smallest w can get is 100-(24.99*2+25), which is > than 25, and hence w is the biggest.
