It may be funny, but that is the story of my GMAT experience. Here is the history
1st Attempt, November 2009(640) Q 46/76 V 33/66
2nd Attempt, February 2010(700) Q 48/83 V 38/83
3rd Attempt, April 2010(640) Q 46/76 V 31/58
I have given up on the GMAT and I think I will have to live with my best score of 700, but I was shocked that my third score was as low as that. I actually felt positive about Quant and I felt like I had a lot harder questions than the previous 2 attempts and I knew how to solve most of the problems. I had a little timing issue with Verbal and ended up guessing the last 4 questions and I thought the SC was really tough. I took Kaplan class and used
MGMAT SC and Powerscore CR. I took the 6th
MGMAT CAT that I get from their SC book and scored 720 just a week before the third attempt. I have not taken their 6th CAT before, so the questions were all new (My verbal percentile was 99%). I have done many CATs and I have always outperform in Verbal, but never on the real tests! I have also spend almsot everyday practicing from OG 11 and OG 12.
Can you guys help me to minimize this damage that I have done to myself? I submitted my first 2 scores to the schools I was interested in. I did not choose to submit my score to any school in the 3rd attempt. I read from gmatclub that schools will not get my score from the third test because they have already received my second test score before I sat for the 3rd one. Is it true? Please advice on what I should do.
Thanks:).
