Narenn mentioned, you may want to look into schools with an existing strong healthcare focus or certificate option -- perhaps not for the added specialization itself given that you already have a medical background, but you may be able to leverage the alumni backgrounds in the medical field as well as the career options.
Duke and Kellogg have strong healthcare programs which are very well noted on these boards. You may also look into healthcare management programs at the likes of Wharton, Columbia, Vanderbilt, and others. If you're looking into Executive MBAs depending on your age, I'll also put in a plug for Yale SOM's healthcare track within the executive MBA program.
For consultancies, check out each of the consultant's and firm's backgrounds. Some have school specific counselors; others are industry focused. You may find benefit in finding someone with a healthcare focus to help guide you in your application process.
