Hey guys, I just took the Gmat for the first time and I scored an unexpected 730, Q47 V44. I'm really happy for this result because I used to suck at Quant... so now I'm wondering, how much prep should I put to go from Q47 to Q49, Q50 or even Q51? With a 44 in verbal I could improve my total score considerably with a few points more in the Quant section. I really neglected it during my last review so I'm sure I got a lot of room for improvement. Any good strategies? I'm sure I can apply to many schools with this score but it's more personal curiosity at this point.

I wouldn't necessarily recommend spending the time on this. 730 is an excellent score, and I doubt that any school would take you with a 750 if they wouldn't take you with a 730. Consider talking to an admissions consultant about that, though, because it depends on the 'whole package' - but my intuition is that you'd be better off spending the time on the rest of your applications.
