I would say to focus on learning from your mistakes and not to get psyched out. Ask yourself why you get specific questions wrong and make a psychological note so that you will never make that same mistake again.

CAT algorithms may or may not be accurate. Worry less about what the score says - and worry more about the specific traps that you fell into and what you can learn from them.

There are only so many ways GMAT folks can test you on the concepts - as long as you continue to learn from your mistakes, you should be in good shape.
