Hello, if I have internship (or On Job training) after finishing college, would this internship (or On job training) count towards full-time work experience requirement of Toronto? If the internship and on job training positions are full-time works.

The big distinction these schools are trying to make is work that accrued on a part-time basis either during school (a few hours a week) or during break between school (i.e. summer internship.) It sounds like what you are describing is full-time work, just not technically permanent employment.
To be safe, I would contact the admissions office at Rotman and that of any other school to which you are applying to be safe. They will tell you definitively if it meets a requirement.

most of b schools only consider full time work experience as one which is not internship or short term.
you should connect with adcom and get it clarified , because you can be asked to provide work experience letter later at time of joining the school also the school can do back ground verification ..
