If what people say is true, then you should be above 700 already. Damn you :-D

try to get a hold of Manhattan GMAT Sentence Correction. It did wonders for me. I haven't taken the test yet, but I can totally see a difference now.

That is definitely pretty good for a first score, esp for a Kaplan test. I wouldn't just sit back, though. Prepare for it. Do the GMATPrep tests for sure. Not sure what other materials you could get in time, but at least do those. There's also a free test on https://www.review.com, and I think it's a lot better than the Kaplan one.
