Currently I am registered to take the GMAT on 4-11-05. It is unlikely that during the next four weeks I will be able to put forth a worthy effort in order to get a good score. I am under no time constraints as far as applying, as any entrance into an MBA program would be at least two years away.
My question is this:
If I get a bad score on the April exam, will this affect me down the road if I retest and get a good score? How do schools look at multiple scores?
If at all possible I would like to take the test just to see what it is like, and especially considering that you get so little back in a refund. However, if having a potentially bad score on my record will cause problems down the road when I test again I will cancel and live with the money lost.
Thanks for your help.
