Hey guys,
I was so ready to take the gmat today but when I got there they told me my name is not on the list and they have canceled my appointment yesterday.
I called customer service because this situation is extremely frustrating because I work and took days off for this test and now I have to rearrange my test schedule again!
And they told me that Gardena Center has a history to cancel the test appointments one day prior. I suspect they overbook their capacity and wait for cancelations, and if nobody cancels then they will cancel someone’s appointment to make up for it.
This is extremely odd to me and it’s making me feel so upset this testing center is doing their business like the airlines... WTF
Just a warning here guys, if you live in California and plan to take your gmat seriously, don’t book with Gardena, this test center is a flake.

Oh man. That seems lame. I’ve never heard about test center overbooking and over- selling spots. That’s super crazy and annoying. ESP since Pearson seems to be aware of the issue 🤦♂️

Sorry to hear about that. Hopefully, things get sorted out soon. Definitely send an update once you take your GMAT.
