Does anyone on here own a garrote or are they illegal to own in most western nations?

That is a very unsettling execution device. I doubt that any GMATClub member owns one of these things.

Well, thank goodness! How did you find that out? No need to back up your claim with documentation, but I'm a little curious. That thing kind of freaked me out. :(
