Hi All,
Please see the postings before you, and do not post answer if OA has already been announced (unless ofcourse you ahve better explanation or some bone with the answer), it is a giant waste of time for others to go back to the question and scroll down to find out it is a old thread....
My other suggestion, if you quote the question for the sake of answering you can delete it before posting the answer, this way we dont have to scroll a lot or turn page after page, though this sounds silly it will be really helpful to people with slower connections...
I hope all of us agree...
