Thanks in advance for your help. I've read the OG section on SC, Kaplan 800's SC portion, Princeton Review's Verbal Guide and Cracking the GMAT, and even a little bit of the Manhattan SC guide.

looking back on your message I think your prep for SC was wrong

I know for sure that reading the OG section on SC, and Princeton Review Cracking the Gmat are worthless to read

you should have been focused on the Manhattan SC guide and read it over and over again--- if you don't reach your score try this approach

when studying for SC, CR, RC, PS, DS you want to stick to one source that goes into detail of the previously mentioned subjects

ironing out the foundations won't hurt a bit

Though you dont have much time left now so just try to brush up your knowledge by reading basic concepts of grammer from OG, and if you still get time then follow only one source like manhattan, veritas etc. The more you try to get now, it will make things worse (my personal opinion)
Good Luck

Thanks for both of your help. I just did a practice test from Manhattan GMAT and found myself blanking out on the Verbal portion. I had to read passages 5 or 6 times before I even had a vague understanding of what's going on. I'm guessing this is probably due to fatigue from the AWA and Math. Does anyone experience something similar?

Are there any strategies to mitigate this? Does eating a snack/splashing water on face help?

Well this seems like you have problems with reading and understanding the topic. This is a problem you cannot overcome overnight. From my personal experience, this problems occurs when your mind think many things while reading. Either you start thinking about something else, any sort of problem or happy movement in life, which your mind try to link with the passage you are reading (even one second of diversion from topic takes everything out of the short memory) or you try to read fast and try to skim the passage (read slow even if it takes double the time, it still save time then reading 5 or 6 times)
This needs some serious reading practice. My suggestion at this time when you have few days for the exam. Give rest to your mind and when you read any question, forget everything in this world and just involve yourself in reading that. I am sure this will help you little bit at this moment, and if you feel eating snacks or splashing water helps you the then dont forget to carry a bottle of water and a towel with you in exam :-D
