PP' & QQ' are 2 direct common tangents to 2 circles intersecting at points A and B. The common chord on extended intersects PP' in R & QQ' in S.Which of the following is true?

a. RA^2+BS^2=AB^2
b. RS^2=PP'^2+ AB^2
C. RS^2=PP'^2+ QQ'^2

b is true. check it with some easy cases, such as two circles with the same radius that pass through each other's centers, or two circles with the same radius that touch at one point (A=B)
