I have admits from both Georgetown and Purdue. Now Dilemma in choosing !!!!
[*] SCHOLARSHIP - Purdue offers me very little $$$ and Georgetown offers me NO $$$. So cant choose between them even based on scholarship.
[*]LOCATION - I am an international applicant - Hence I am not aware which college is better located. Washington is big city but I have heard there are a lot of federal job for which obviously I cant apply.
[*]BRAND NAME - Both seem to be good however Gtown has better value for MBA and ranked better.
[*]Specialization - I am looking at Tech Strategy. Would like to hone skills in entrepreneurship and little marketing as well. Strategy will be focus.
[*] CLASS Size - does this actually make a difference ? Big class (250 - Gtown) size also implies big alumni and may be less individual focus. both +ve and negative for gtown and vice versa for Purdue(125) - better individual focus and smaller Alumni.
[*] Should I choose Purdue (Krannert) because I am looking at tech ? as Purdue is also a very good tech college which in turn attracts more tech companies. With Gtown being a big school - may be better companies come to Gtown.
I would be thankful if you can guide me in choosing my final college.
