Which of these schools would be the best to move into the tech industry? So far I've spoken with alumni and students at all of them and most say that tech is a represented field, but all of the schools seem more focused on financial services and consulting (which I am considering).
My background is in materials/manufacturing and I'm looking to pivot into product management in tech. I applied to CMU Tepper R2 since I think it's most aligned with my background and goals. I didn't apply R1 because I used GRE scores, and they state that GMAT is preferred. Since I have acceptances now, I figured I'd take the risk and apply anyway. My plan is to put a deposit down on one of the three schools listed and then make a final decision once R2 decisions are announced. Thanks for the input!
