I have worked in Retail industry for about 6 years in Merchandising and Managerial roles and planning for an MBA to switch careers to Finance in Retail Banking or Management Consulting. What are my chances of getting into Schulich MBA?

I think the issue of switching wouldn't be an issue to Schulich... They know a lot of people go into the program to switch careers. Your profile is the most important for admission (GPA, GMAT, etc.)

Yes, as speechie mentioned above, it depends on a number of factors such as GMAT Score, GPA, Work Experience, Essays, Recommendations and Resume.
