... I recently begun my GMAT preparation. I am starting with the verbal part, before hitting the math section. I've been stuck at the CR section (first section in my study plan), because I keep hitting a consistent 16/20 on the quizes from the quiz bank.
It's getting frustrating, because I'm trying to get 18 to 20 on 20, so that I feel ready to tackle the next part (SC).
Am I over-worrying? Do you guys feel comfortable when you miss 3-4 questions out of 20? Should I just move on and concentrate on other parts of the exam material?

Don't you worry about those mistakes. Mistakes is what makes you learn, not correct answers. Besides 16 out of 20 is not a bad result.
If you look for perfection, i am afraid you will never be satisfied with your GMAT results because this test tests the limits of your abilities, therefore some mistakes are unavoidable.

IMHO you approach is good but IMHO))You must concentrate on all parts of GMAT.
Try to improve all parts of the test not only verbal or quant.Balance is the right word I think.
