Hi All,
I have done the GMAT a month ago and got a pathetic 650 (Q 44, V 35).
I have studied for a month, working full time and studying after work hours and on weekend, apparently not hard enough.
I have done the Kaplan CD, the PR CD, GMATPrep CATs, PowerPrep CATs.
It seems to me that my main problem is that I simply dont use any tricks, I just go ahead and solve them all.
I must get above 700!
How do I improve my score ?
Please advise me on what strategy and materials should I use.
My time is limited again, I don't think I have more than a month for another GMAT.
So far, by reading this forum it seems like perhaps I should get the OG 11, maybe the Kaplan 800 as well ?
Any help will be highly appreciated!!!

I can't give you firsthand feedback because I haven't scored a 700 myself. However, based on the observations of those that have, you need to add five critical elements to your study regime.
1. Master the OG 11 cover to cover (including the two supplementary guides) I mean no stone unturned.
2. Scrutinize the math challenges on this site to pull up your Q to 48+ range.
3. MGMAT SC notes, Ascent education, and the LSAT CRs/RCs.
4. Keep an error log for weekly review
5. Stay planned, focused, and consistently participate in the forum
Other than that, 650+ is "no man's land." The bell curve starts to get really steep after 680...
