Hi,
I am a recent graduate (2014) of the University of Washington, Seattle with a BS degree in General Biology.
My GPA, which is 3.06, is a bit low due to my lack of passion for science (I figured this out my senior year) and the rigorous pre-dental course route.
After attending a summer business program at the Haas School of Business, I realized that I wanted to make a career shift towards Operations and get an MBA.
Hence, I took the GMAT a month ago and received a score of 720.
Since I don't have work experience in operations, I decided to start from the bottom and take a part time fulfillment role at Amazon.
This is a entry level job but I am hoping it will give me experience and allow me to move up at Amazon.
Assuming all goes to plan and I work for about 4 years, what are my chances of going to a top 20 ranking/top 10 operations program school?
Any sort of feedback or advice would be much appreciated!

Brutal honesty is my specialty.
I like your attitude. I like the fact that you had the wherewithal to realize that the path you were headed down (dentistry) was not for you. And I like that having realized operations is something you're interested in (thanks to Tuck program) you took a job doing just that. You have a long-term vision for yourself and that is also great.
I googled the fulfillment role at Amazon and I am pretty sure I know what you're doing now. No your undergrad GPA is not great but I'm wondering if your current role is the way to go. What would be the next step? Would that be Lead Fulfillment Associate? Sorry maybe I'm totally off the mark.
