I am retaking my GMAT as I didn't score well in my first attempt (my prep was not consistent due to several work and personal commitments coming in the way) but I am determined to devote some serious time to study further, 3 months give or take. Question is about the materials I have currently and whether they would suffice in my preparation.
I have the Official Guide 13th edition and its associated Quant & Verbal supplements from 2012 (given by a friend a year or so ago), the entire Manhattan GMAT strategy set and the Foundations of Quat by Manhattan Prep. I don't have any online prep packages, but I do have the GMATPrep software for practice that I did not utilize during my first attempt. I used the 13th edition for practice nearly 4 times in my preparation repeatedly and the Manhtattan series.
Is the above list sufficient or should I invest in the latest Official Guide 2018 books? Or would you recommend Magoosh and other online prep tools? I believe my pacing and ability to tackle data sufficiency questions is weak and so is Sentence Correction.

No, OG 18 won't be useful to invest in. Firstly, you can easily find the 2017 version online (OG 17, Quant/Verbal 17). Secondly, most of the new questions from OG 18/Quant 18/Verbal 18 have already begun to occur here on GMATClub. In my humble opinion, I would invest in the following if you are weak in the following areas:
Verbal- Manhattan Guides or e-GMAT
Quant- Magoosh, Manhattan Advanced Guide, Jeff Sackmann book or Nishit K Sinha CAT Book. Please note, even though this is a CAT book, the concepts will still carry over to GMAT. Furthermore, this book is advanced as well. If you are struggling with the basics, I would start with the Manhattan Guides first.
Mocks- Manhattan, Veritas, GMATClub Test mainly for quant and most importantly, GMAC's official exams including both of the packs.
