Hello All,
I purchased Mock 3 to 6 a couple of weeks ago, however, I only got access for Mock 5 and 6.
I have been trying to reach out to GMAC customer team through emails, phone call but the end result is same. They are not responding to my emails and no one is available on their customer support as well.
Could you please help me here? I have to schedule my GMAT before June 7th.

Hi. Should be easy to resolve if you contact the place where you bought it... so look in the email confirmation and the customer service link and use that rather than a generic GMAC phone number. Their support link listed in the email for the GMAT Prep purchases is: https://gmac-fd.support-asknet.com/en/support/home
That's assuming you got it from MBA.com, you need to contact the store (which is run by asknet and not by GMAC). I have had the situation when I only received half the codes (seems exactly the same) and they have been able to solve it within 24 hrs. My experience is that their customer service is pretty fast.
Another option is to review your past orders:

The code may already be there.
If you need to ask them, just start here and click contact customer service:

bb, thanks for getting back to me. I contacted Asknet support team, however, they couldn't help by stating "It's related to your GMAC account, not with shop account. So, please kindly contact following manufacture side support team and ask for further assistant".
I did receive a response from GMAC team, they have escalated my concern to another team for further troubleshooting. I have to schedule my GMAT soon and still haven't got any resolution on this issue.
Is there any another through which I can get the help?
