Hello,
Unfortunately, I had exhausted all my GMAT attempts for an year (i.e. 5). My first one was on 21st December 2020. Logically, as per 12 month rolling window I should have been eligible for a retake on 22nd December, 2021. However, the mba website is not allowing me to register.
On reaching out to GMAC, there customer support staff claimed that 12 month rolling period could mean that I'm not eligible for an exam until this entire December and would likely be eligible on January 1st 2022.
The issue is that the staff didn't seemed that confident with this logic and also, this rule makes no sense. I think there is a chance that this could be a system related error (I've a reason to believe this since one of my tests was cancelled by the center due to COVID). In case, I'm not able to register on January 1st, GMAC offices will be closed till 3rd January and I won't even be able to speak with them.
Since, a lot of colleges have the deadline on 4th of January, this is really scary (as some of the choices may depend on the score I get).
Could anyone else, especially who has given a 6th attempt, confirm that 12 month rolling period does not mean 365 days?
