Actually I have the same question. If it’s ok to study OG11 edition and try gmat in Jan 2006 or even later? I don’t think I can go for test in December since I just start to prepare.

Thanks a lot

It's just too much of a crapshoot imo...

ETS will no longer be the writers of the test either, it's going to be somebody else - how can anybody (and I'm talking about GMAC here) realistically suggest that there would be no change from ETS besides a software change and few minor changes (markers and boards instead of scratch paper).

However some people (coffeeloverfreak?) have given the Pearson version of the test that was being offered on a test basis. At this point of time, they would be the best guide for GMAT in 2006.

No, I didn't do the Pearson version of the test. I wrote the ETS version. I just read some info from people who did do the Pearson test.

so guys again I end up asking the same question .....
Can I prepare from OG10 and give the gmat in Jan 2006 ?????????

I read on the mba site that there will be no changes in the content , but I jus wanna confirm with you guys......ofcourse the no scratch paper and pencils is still fine with me...You can't get everything ...

But will it affect my score , ?? if I study gmat throughly from OG10 ?

Coffeelover what you think ?

Test-takers should (or can only) take mba.com's word for it. Or do you prefer to accept rumours and personal opinions?

Besides, currently there are no study materials available for the "new" GMAT. If you do not want to use OG10/11, etc., what are you going to use?

I have already taken my test. But if I were you, I would use the best materials that I can get my hand on - and that includes OG10.

All the best in your conquest.
