My favorites: Princeton Review Cracking the GMAT and official materials (11th edition OG, not the 10th, and of course GMATPrep).

1) kaplan premier programme
2) Manhattan SC
3) princeton GMAT
4) kaplan/princeton verbal/math work-books
5) Acro's GMAT preparation
6) 1000 SC/CR/RC
7) additional materials form the web.
