I am an Indian Engineering Graduate with a Work Experience of 3 years. I gave the gmat yesterday and scored 660 with a Q47, V35. I think i could have done much better in Quants and was taken a back when i saw a q47. As I am aiming only the top 20 B Schools in the US, could anyone pls guide if such a score is any helpful to reach the desired goal. Though i completely understand that the B schools do holistic evaluation for all applicants, but my observation is international applicants in general have to score in the upper 700s since the competition is tough. Pls advice.
Regards

As an Indian engineer, I agree that 700 is the minimum for getting into a top 20, unfortunately, unless there is something phenomenally unique about your profile beyond what I can see now . I can help you scoop up some points in Verbal for sure. PM me if interested.
