If you are curious about how a 670 might impact your chances - it's a tough call. The top 7 will be very challenging. The top 3 might be pretty much out of reach. The top 10-15 could be attainable if everything else in your profile is truly high quality.
Would you consider retaking the exam? You have time to do so before R1. Even a few additional points on the Verbal side (assuming you can replicate your Quant) will go a long way in getting you closer to 700, or even higher. That would drastically improve your chances at the Top 15.

Truthfully, it is becoming less common to see students earn admission to top 10-20 schools with a GMAT score below 700.
While those with a very strong profile, a unique background, or from an underrepresented applicant pool could gain admission with a below-average score, it is becoming less common to see large numbers of applicants with scores more than 20 to 30 points below average succeed.
