Hi All,
I am a software engineer with 8+ years of experience. My accademics include Xth -( 58%), XII - (78%), B.Tech( 70.00%).I did my Distance MBA also as my job demanded it.
Yesterday i have written my GMAT. My Score in Quants were 44 where as is verbal it had been very bad. I had scored 20, because of which mys core had fallen down.
I have tried solving the complete OG for verbal, regularly visited gmatclub and did all the verbal question. Did the verbal section from Kaplan also. Gave many mocks.
But still my scores very bad. Please give in your inputs and how should i improve my score. In another 45 days. I am planning to give an another attempt for GMAT, please give your inputs on the same. I always fared well in CR, but SC and RC always sucked me. But surprisingly during the test i was very comfortable with RC, were got confused with CR.
I have been taking verbal classes before giving my GMAT. Should i try out some other place and start my verbal again or do i need to practise by my selves for the same. Please give in your inputs for the same.

I would recommend you start by focusing on sentence correction. This is where you can apply the most "formal" rules to get a correct answer (parallel structures, verb agreements.... lots of posts on the subject), which given your background should be easy for you. SC will probably give you the best return on time spent.
If you are not a native english speaker, reading lots of english material should help (especially if they are of a similar nature to the ones you will see during the tests, like essays, scientific articles...).

Thanks for your reply..Any particular material i should start reading. Suggest soem good books for improving my RC.
Also need some good book to improve my SC.
Surprisingly CR has always been intresting for me, and i have always done good in CR of mocks, but during the test i was sure that i am screwing up my CR's. Please suggest some books for practice questions of CR.
