^ Certainly but it all depends on the school(s) you are applying to. check the deadlines for all apps. schools get gmat results much quicker now than before so you can (almost) take the exam a month or two before the deadline, apply and still be okay.

i am in a masters program now and i actually took the gre the day before the application deadline for the program. i had no issues submitting my score. the school got the official score shortly afterwards. i think the timeframe is similar for the gmat as well.

you prepared for a month, only studying 2 or 3 hours a day? wow, that's an impressive score for such a short study period. imagine how much higher your score will be if you put another month of studying in!
