Dear all,
Today, I was shocked after knowing my GMAT score : 580 (Verbal 21 and Math 49). Frankly speaking, I have never thought that I will get such a very ugly score. I am really disappointed right now. Anyway, this is my first time for GMAT. From my profile, anyone can suggest whether I have a chance to pursure my Phd in Finance? Right now, I almost loss all of my confidence
TOEFL : 267
GMAT : 580 (Verbal : 21 and Maths : 49)
Area of study : PhD in Finance.
Can anyone suggest prospect university for me? I know that first/second tier is beyond my ability. I do not have my favor countries, US/UK/AUS. Thank you very much for your suggestion.

I also get a scholarship from university in my country in order to pursue Phd-Finance abraod.

What sorts of scores were you getting on the practice GMATs you took?
Based on the Verbal subscore cited, schools might question whether the applicant has the required level of English skills to succeed in a doctoral program. What evidence can you present to allay these fears?
