Took the GMAT test on July, got a Q45 V31- 630
Horrible experience!
It took around 3 hours for me to reach the test center. On my way to the centre, I found myself stuck in a traffic jam, thanks to a protest rally by some political camp. Ended up with a sore back and bum, horrible
Then when I started the test, I found the centre had a roof of asbestos and tin, and when it started raining heavily, it caused all sorts of loud noise in the test hall. I was alone in taking the test but it was not pleasant.
But I think there is a deeper problem here. I think it has something to do with my preparation (for sure) and I think I'm missing something. I'm attaching my ESR report here, and I'll be grateful if I could receive guidance on where to improve, how to improve and on what went wrong on the test day (in terms of the actual test, not the environment and other factors)

Next test - less than 50 days to go

Consider using question/time markers for time management. Your average time per question in Q4 Verbal was 1:05, for example. The average time you spent on RC may be worth looking at as well.
Person below went from a V31 to a V40 in about 30 day on a retake. They took a bit of tutoring (6hrs solving approach) but mention a variety of free resources/quick tips you can check out. They ended up with a 740.
