Hi there,
I am new member to this forum but actually have been reading posts over the last couple of days. Unfortunately I found the site a bit too late. However, in the spirit of how helpful it is ere is my experience
GMAT score: 710
Kaplan: 650
Kaplan: 670
Princeton: 650
Manhattan: 640
PowerPrep: 720
The test was a fair bit harder than I expected it to be and I was under significant time pressure in the Maths section. The RC was also harder than anything I practised.
Overall the score is a fair reflection. I would have liked a bit higher (730?) but to be honest I am not a 750+ candidate and wont retake for the sake of what could be a pyhrric (is that how u spell it?) victory.
I didnt practise at all the day before the exam to preserve my sanity. I recommend doing the exam in a morning session. You will be sharper, nd the lack of or too much of lunch doesnt come into it.
Hope this helps. Happy to asnwer any specific queries. Any ideas if 710 is competitive for the big schools?
