Hi Shivam.
Your ESR indicates that, early in the verbal section, you got one or more rather easy questions incorrect, and that likely those one or more questions were Critical Reasoning questions.
So, what seems to be the case is that the loss of concentration you experienced when you began the verbal section is responsible for much of the difference between your normal CR performance and your CR performance on this test.
So, I guess, while continuing to prepare some to further strengthen your verbal skills might make sense, the key thing you need to do is to continue to work on how you handle the psychological aspects of taking the test so that your performance is more consistent.
To do so, you could prepare yourself for issues like the procedural problems you ran into by visualizing yourself remaining calm and rocking the test in the face of all kinds of mishaps. For instance, you could visualize water starting to leak from the ceiling and how you would remain calm and rock the test anyway, and then visualize a buzzing noise coming from the wall, and how you would focus anyway, etc. By doing so, you would mentally prepare yourself and get into the habit of dealing with these types of issues before you dealt with them for real, and even if no such issues were to occur when you take the test, you would still be calmer because of your being aware that you could handle such issues were they to occur.
Also, generally, you could practice focusing on the question in front of you. That approach works super well. You get into a mindset along the lines of that you are too busy answering questions to be bothered by anything.
