Hello, I would very much appreciate if you helped me with evaluating some aspects of my profile.
I am looking to apply to Master in Finance programs in Europe ( LSE, HEC, University of Saint Gallen, etc.) and possibly in the US.
I have a GMAT score of 760 ( V50, Q47) with IR - 6 and AWA - 5.5. I have graduated from the American University of Armenia ( GPA 3.9) with BA in Business degree. I have done a few short internships such as in the Central Bank of Armenia. I have worked as a teaching assistant in my university. Also, I was a founding member of the Finance Club and the Vice-president of the chess club. My undergraduate honors thesis received a "Best Thesis Award". After graduating I started my own logistics business (which has nothing to do with finance).
I wondering whether I have a good chance of getting admitted to top European Msc Finance programs and whether or not there are programs in the US that would suit my profile. Is the irrelevance of my current work experience too much of a problem for Business schools ? What would you suggest me do?
Hello
170896In short you can expect to be admitted to all mentioned European programs, LSE, HEC, University of Saint Gallen.
If I were you I would add to that list LBS for sure and why not Oxford and Cambridge.
You have awesome GMAT score,

just for comparison for all above top European schools average is around 700 or below that.
I already provided those details numerous times, for instance :
https://gmatclub.com/forum/master-in-fi ... 77602.htmlhttps://gmatclub.com/forum/profile-eval ... 77239.htmlYour GPA is good, and interships very relevant to your intended filed of study.
Having experience as teaching assistant really adds value to your application and having on top of that Best Thesis Award, will cement your edge.
Of course with that kind of profile you have fair chance to any top US school and I strongly encourage you to apply.
I don't know your preference toward location, but would recommend ones strong in Finance field, like Booth, Wharton, Stern, Columbia, Berkeley and overall strong brands like Harvard, Stanford, MIT .
Relevance of logistics working experience is not a problem at all, it is business after all, it is even better when you know more than just Finance.
Apply to best schools in US/EU since you have profile to be admitted in any of their MSc in Finance programs !
Good Luck !
