AjiteshArun, I am trying to connect with the GMAC Customer Care and stumbled upon this discussion thread.
In my case, the auto voice response responds with this number being debarred from accepting any incoming calls. Has anything changed?

The number for test-centre appointments doesn't seem to be working (~no incoming calls, please try later), which is a little strange, given that they haven't updated it on or removed it from
mba.com. Try again in the afternoon or evening ~5 PM, and then on Monday/Tuesday if necessary.
I hope you don't have an urgent scheduling/name/DOB issue. Send them an email or use the contact us form (if you haven't already done so). You could also try one of the international numbers.
