GMAT App on Android Phone

Question

Recently the app is showing this message (attached pic). Cannot access this site from my phone. Mailed @support.com, no feedback. Is there anyone who knows what's happening or how to solve this issue? My internet connection is just fine. The app used to work just fine on my (android) phone.

I also encountered the same issue , but by refereshing the page app works fine..

Refreshing does not help!

After every refresh this message pops up.

Yes, I did. I used google chrome to open pages. In chrome, pages work just fine.

Sorry about that and thank you for clarifying. I have notified the developer of the app to see if they can help with this. 
Try using the site in the browser until we can resolve the issue with the pop up.

Hi. Quick update - i was supposed to hear today about the issue with the pop up but have not heard yet. We have also been trying to do a few things on our end such as clear cache/etc. Let me know if it starts working better all of a sudden

An Update!
surprisingly the app works on my brother's android phone just fine! Meanwhile, I uninstalled and reinstalled the app on my phone, it still shows the pop-up message about the internet connection. Do you have any updates for me?

Yes. A new update was released about an hour ago. You should download it/update your app.

PS. You have the same Android versions on your phones, you and your brother?

I just saw a note that the update was actually released only to advanced test users which I’m not quite sure who those are. The general update will be released in two days. Sorry about the wait.

I still haven't received the update. However, the problem is fixed. It was the Adguard VPN that was monitoring the app. Now it is performing fine. I didn't know that this VPN was monitoring the app.
