I'm sorry to hear about this last-minute disruption to your plans. There are a number of different reasons why something like this could happen (for example, if there's going to be construction on-or-around the building, then that might NOT be an optimal testing environment). It's also possible that this email was sent in error. Unfortunately, since you are so close to your scheduled Test Appointment, you don't have much time to figure this all out. All things considered, IF you feel ready to take the GMAT and IF you are physically close to the Test Center (re: 30 minutes of travel time or less), then you might consider going to the Test Center as planned. Whether you are actually allowed to take your Exam at that time or not, you still have the email that offers to let you reschedule your Exam (presumably for free).
